The Institute publishes an ELT journal, FELT, bi-annually. It is devoted to English language teaching from the primary to the university level. It provides a forum for teachers of English to discuss their problems related to the teaching of English in India through articles, abstracts of reports related to language teaching, book reviews, letters to the Editor and a question box.

The Institute has started publishing its newsletter RIENS monthly. It aims at providing useful linguistic inputs to English Language learners at the undergraduate level.
